LIVERPOOL, England, Aug. 7 (UPI) -- A man wanted in separate homicide and kidnapping cases was jailed for a driving offense Wednesday in Liverpool, England, court records said.
After his arrest Tuesday, Darren O'Flaherty, 39, admitted in court to driving without a license in 2008 and failing to appear in court after posting bail. He was sentenced to five months Wednesday.

O'Flaherty is wanted in the 2010 shooting death of Irish tourist John O'Neill on southern Spain's Costa del Sol, as well as the 2006 kidnapping of a truck driver in England's Yorkshire county, the Liverpool Echo reported.
O'Flaherty is expected to be returned to the Yorkshire court, which will consider his extradition to Spain, the newspaper said.
