KIRKUK, Iraq, May 15 (UPI) -- Two car bomb explosions Wednesday in Kirkuk, Iraq, killed 10 people and injured 13 others, police reported.
The first blast, in southwestern Kirkuk, 155 miles north of Baghdad, killed six and wounded eight. The second, near the scene of the first, killed four and wounded five, the Chinese Xinhua News Agency reported.

The ethnically mixed area is in dispute between Kurds, Arabs and Turkomans, Xinhua said.
