ISTANBUL, Turkey, May 5 (UPI) -- Two Turkish passenger ferries collided in a dense fog on the Bosporus Strait, injuring three passengers, officials said.
The incident took place Saturday outside of Istanbul, Today's Zaman reported.

A ferry traveling between Kadikoy and Eminonu and another one between Kabatas and Adalar collided due to a dense fog in the area that caused low visibility.
The ferries were anchored after the incident and three injured passengers were transported to hospitals, the newspaper said.
