TRIPOLI, Libya, April 28 (UPI) -- Armed men surrounded the Libyan Foreign Ministry Sunday, demanding the office be cleansed of loyalists to former ruler Moammar Gadhafi, an official said.
Trucks mounted with anti-aircraft guns encircled the building in Tripoli and were lined up on roads leading up to the ministry, an official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said.
