BELGRADE, Serbia, April 10 (UPI) -- A day of mourning was declared in Serbia Wednesday after 13 people were killed in a village about 30 miles south of Belgrade, officials say.
A 60-year-old man identified only as Ljubisa B. is charged with shooting to death six men, six women and a 2-year-old boy, Tanjug news agency reported.

The government expressed condolences to families of the victims and ordered flags flown at half-staff at state buildings and sports and cultural events.
The mass shooting occurred in the village of Velika Ivanca.
