Chinese fighter jet crash kills two pilots

RONGCHENG, China, April 1 (UPI) -- An SU-27 fighter jet on a training mission crashed near the city of Rongcheng, China, killing two pilots, the Chinese air force said.

The crash occurred at 1:35 p.m. local time Sunday in East China's Shangdong province, Xinhua reported Monday.

There was no damage to structures or injuries to people on the ground, the air force said.
