Ahram Online reported Ahmed Shafiq, who was prime minister for about five weeks in 2011 before President Hosni Mubarak was ousted, and his daughters allegedly seized land that held fish farms. Shafiq and his daughters then illegally allocated it to the Pilots' Association for Land Development, which Shafiq headed.

Shafiq is a former air force commander and left Egypt after losing a presidential race to Mohamed Morsi last June, Ahram Online said.
