Hang glider crash in Russia kills 2

KRASNOTURYINSK, Russia, Feb. 3 (UPI) -- A motorized hang glider Sunday crashed into the wall of a house in the Russian Ural Mountains, killing two people, investigators said.

The pilot died at the scene in the town of Krasnoturyinsk in the Sverdlovsk Region and his passenger died en route to the hospital, Moscow's RIA Novosti reported.

Investigators said, "During the flight, the hang glider hit a wall of a four-story house and crashed."

A car parked near the house also was damaged, the newspaper said.
