DUISBURG-MUNDELHEIM, Germany, Jan. 9 (UPI) -- At least four people were injured Wednesday when a truck slammed into a bus stop in Duisburg-Mundelheim, German officials said.
Of the five injured, three sustained serious wounds, Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung said.

Police said the tractor-trailer rig's driver may have lost control of the truck, hauling gravel, as he approached the bus stop.
The road was temporarily closed while the debris was cleared, officials said.
