Taha Bara, the spokesman for Libya's attorney general, said the trial was delayed because of continued questioning of Senussi.

Saif Gadhafi's trial will take place in Zintan, as Zintan has fulfilled requirements established by the International Criminal Court needed to facilitate the proceedings, Bara said.

Libyan Justice Minister Salah Elmirghani said in a statement Saturday that former Libyan Prime Minister Baghdadi al-Mahmoudi will also stand trial for war crimes, Voice of Russia reported.
