JERUSALEM, July 26 (UPI) -- President Obama's top counter-terrorism adviser was in Israel this week to confer about the recent bus bombing in Bulgaria, a senior U.S. official confirmed.
The White House issued a statement Wednesday confirming John Brennan met Wednesday with Israeli intelligence and military officials to discuss not only the blast in Bulgaria, but also the broader anti-Israeli actions by Hezbollah and Iran's Revolutionary Guards, plus the situations in Syria and the Sinai, Haaretz reported.
