Pair charged with killing brother-in-law

NEW DELHI, July 6 (UPI) -- Two brothers in India have been charged with killing their sister's husband, a young man who was stabbed Thursday in a New Delhi park.

Investigators say the brothers were angry because the victim, Ranvir Singh, 21, was from a lower-caste family, The Times of India reported. They allegedly told police they were angry at their own parents for accepting their sister's marriage and agreeing to hold a religious ceremony for the couple.
