Russia: Body found with U.S. passport

YEKATERINBURG, Russia, April 17 (UPI) -- Police said Tuesday they discovered a burned U.S. passport next to a body wearing handcuffs in the Russian city of Yekaterinburg.

The Investigative Committee told RIA Novosti the passport found next to a man's body burned beyond recognition. He appeared to have died from a stab wound to the neck and traumatic brain injuries.
