ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, March 27 (UPI) -- A Pakistani court is preparing to indict Osama bin Laden's three widows and two children for illegal entry into the country, officials say.
The Federal Investigation Agency submitted a preliminary report accusing bin Laden's three wives, Khaira Husain, Slham Sharif and Amal Ahmed, as well as his two daughters Mariam and Sumayya, of using an unauthorized route to gain entry into Pakistan without valid travel documents. The five were charged March 8.
Dawn News reported Senior Civil Judge Shahrukh Arjumand held a preliminary hearing in civil court Monday, where it was determined the five family members would be formally indicted next Monday.
The report says the five took up residence at various places in Pakistan, supported by unidentified Pakistani nationals. During their stay, the family did not disclose its true identity to anyone, not even the hospitals where children were born, The (Pakistan) Daily Times reported.
