SEOUL, March 26 (UPI) -- U.S. President Obama conducts several meetings in Seoul Monday before the start of a Nuclear Security Summit, the White House said.

The daily agenda indicates Obama's schedule included meetings with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, President Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan and Chinese President Hu Jintao.

Obama was scheduled to participate in a welcome ceremony for the Nuclear Security Summit and attend a dinner at the event.

In a speech at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Obama told students of the "moral obligation" to pursue strategic arms cuts.
