MILAN, Italy, March 2 (UPI) -- More than 30 suspected members of Chinese gangs were arrested across Italy Friday, police said.
Police accuse the gangs of young Chinese of running drug-trafficking, prostitution and gambling operations in Italy, Italian news agency ANSA reported.

The raids were concentrated in Milan, where police said there was a "rising" turf war being waged by the gangs that had left several gang members wounded. Gang violence also had broken out in Turin, Genoa, Cremona, Teramo and Frosinone, ANSA said.
