"The information in this article was obtained in 2010 December. We still have access to the Web mail server. Phone numbers may have changed but all the information is 100 percent legit (sic)," a note at the top of the posting said.

The material first appeared on pastebin.com. Pcmag.com said a member of the hacker group called Team Poison leaked Blair's information.

The group said it had possessed the information for a year.

Officials didn't say where the group obtained the information or how they obtained it.

A hacker group called LulzSec said it recently broke into a site belonging to Sony and Travelodge warned customers their information might be compromised because a hacker broke into its database.
