Moroccan bombing suspects arrested

RABAT, Morocco, May 6 (UPI) -- Moroccan police said they arrested three suspects in an April 28 attack at a Marrakech cafe that killed 16 people and injured 21 others.

The Morocco Board News Service said the alleged leader of the attack swore allegiance to al-Qaida.

The suspects, all Morrocans, were not identified.

The leader reportedly learned how to build bombs through the Internet and then made two remote controlled explosive devices, which he took to Marrakech.

Investigators said the leader, disguised as a tourist, entered the cafe of Argana, where the bombs were hidden.
