A draft of an indictment will be handed to the minister's attorneys and Lieberman will be granted a right to a hearing before the indictment is served, Haaretz said.

The foreign minister stated a number of times in the past that if Weinstein recommends an indictment he will quit his ministerial post after a hearing takes place, The Jerusalem Post said.
