The report relates to an article published in Argentina's tabloid Perfil during the weekend that said Iran asked Argentina to stop investigating the Buenos Aires bombings of the Israeli Embassy in 1992 and the Jewish center in 1994, the Post said.

The attacks killed 114 people and injured hundreds,

Hezbollah and Iran are believed to have carried out the bombings, the Israeli daily said.

"Argentina is no longer interested in solving these two attacks but would rather improve its economic relations with Iran," the tabloid said, quoting an Iranian document it had obtained.
