MILAN, Italy, March 16 (UPI) -- Thirty-three young women were involved in an inquiry into alleged prostitution at Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's parties, Milan prosecutors said.

The just-concluded inquiry found all the women involved were adults except for a Moroccan belly dancer, the Italian news agency ANSA reported.

The dancer known as Ruby was reportedly paid for sex in September 2009 when she was only 16, court papers indicated.

Three people are accused of aiding and abetting prostitution by securing young women for parties held by Berlusconi from September 2009 to last January.

Prosecutors asked that Berlusconi be separated from the three and given a fast-track trial set to open in Milan April 6.

Berlusconi has denied paying for sex with Ruby when she was a minor.

He has also denied abusing his power to get her out of police custody following an unrelated theft allegation.

Paying for prostitutes is not illegal in Italy unless the person is a minor.
