The bomber was identified earlier as Magomed Yevloyev, a 20-year-old student from the southern Russian region of Ingushetia.

Yevloyev's teenager brother and sister have been arrested in connection with the attack, it was learned Wednesday.

Fatima Yevloyev, 16 and Akhmed Yevloyev, 15, were taken to a regional court in Ingushetia Tuesday along with Adam Ganizhev, identified as a friend of Magomed Yevloyev, Novosti said.

All three are accused of helping carry out the attack.
