Roof collapse kills 14 in Pakistan

BRUNER, Pakistan, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- A roof collapse in northwestern Pakistan has killed 14 people and injured 10 others, local authorities said Tuesday.

Abouot 40 people, including women and children, were on the rooftop of a home in Bruner when a portion of the roof collapsed, Pakistan's Geo News reported.

Rescue and relief operations were under way.

Bruner is located in the Swat district about 99 miles from the capital of Islamabad.
