MONTREAL, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- A powerful member of the Hell's Angels' Quebec chapter was arrested in Montreal in 22 killings and other gangster-related charges, police said.
Quebec police Sgt. Eloise Cossette said Normand Marvin Ouimet, 39, also known as Casper, was arrested in Montreal Monday, the Canadian Broadcast Corp. and The (Montreal) Gazette reported.

Ouimet additionally faces charges of fraud, extortion and money laundering.
Police suspect Ouimet used Quebec's construction industry and his control of a number of building firms to launder money, the reports said.
Police said they seek four other alleged members of the Hells Trois-Riveres chapter.
Ouimet is scheduled to appear Tuesday at the Gouin Detention Centre to face Charges.
