Anthony had failed to report the child missing for more than a month.

Caylee's grandparents, Cindy and George Anthony, appeared on national television during the summer and said life without their granddaughter has been heartbreaking, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

To remember their grandchild, they also got tattoos, and George Anthony revealed his on ABC's "Good Morning America" in June The chest tattoo depicts a little girl in a red dress and white shoes looking to the sky with the words "My Sunshine" inscribed below the body art, the newspaper said. Sun rays are shown cutting through clouds.

It wasn't immediately known how the Anthonys would mark the little girl's birthday.
