President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris visited Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va., for Veterans Day on Monday. Biden took part in the Presidential Armed Forces Full Honor Wreath-Laying Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and offered remarks.
