Trump protests on the campaign trail (29 images)

Since announcing his run for the Republican presidential nomination, businessman Donald J. Trump has courted controversy with his statements on Mexican immigrants and banning Muslims from entering the United States. His campaign rallies have seen a scattering of protests and on March 11, 2016, clashes between pro-Trump supporters and protesters erupted in Chicago, forcing the cancellation of the event by the Trump campaign out of security concerns.
