Thousands line Fifth Avenue for NYC’s St. Patrick’s Day parade (12 images)

New York City’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade took over Fifth Avenue on Monday, with thousands of spectators lining the streets. The procession, which passed St. Patrick’s Cathedral, featured marching bands, Irish organizations, and uniformed service members. New York Governor Kathy Hochul and New York City Mayor Eric Adams were in attendance to celebrate the tradition.
