Storm blankets NYC, Washington, D.C., in snow (15 images)

A Nor'easter dumped heavy snow in the Northeast and Mid-Atlanic regions on Wednesday and Thursday. UPI photographers John Angelillo and Kevin Dietsch capture images from New York City and Washington, D.C., which haven't gotten this much snowfall in years.
