Families play in the snow in Central Park in New York City, near the U.S. Capitol in Washington and in St. Louis on Tuesday. It's been nearly two years since New York City has seen an inch of snow in a single day. The Northeast and Midwest continue to experience cold weather, as well, following a massive winter storm that affected 200 million Americans.
