Protesters rally against Virginia's stay-at-home order (17 images)

Demonstrators with Reopen Virginia protested the statewide stay-at-home order at the Virginia state Capitol in Richmond on April 16 and again on April 22, 2020. The order is in place to limit the spread of coronavirus.
