President Joe Biden delivered his 2024 State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress at the U.S. Capitol in Washington on Thursday. Biden vowed to restore Roe vs. Wade and help Ukraine in its fight against Russia, and he called for lower healthcare costs along with higher taxes for the ultra rich.
