President Donald Trump addressed a joint session of Congress at the U.S. Capitol in Washington on Tuesday. In his first significant speech of his second term, Trump outlined his domestic and foreign policy agenda before a divided chamber. Republicans cheered, while Democrats held up protest signs in opposition. Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, interrupted the speech, and was escorted out by security.
