Military pays tribute to retiring Gen. Mark Milley (8 images)

Gen. Mark Milley, who served as the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff since 2019, was honored with a farewell tribute as he retires at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall in Arlington, Va., on Friday. Milley also swore in in his successor, Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr. President Joe Biden attends the ceremony.
