July Fourth in Washington, D.C. (37 images)

Citizens and tourists celebrate the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, followed by the traditional fireworks on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. This year there was an additional controversial event hosted by President Donald Trump at the Lincoln Memorial called "Salute to America," which featured a speech from him, two fireworks displays and several military flyovers on July Fourth.
