Hurricane Michael damage in Florida (41 images)

Michael slammed into the Florida coast October 10 as a Category 4 near Mexico Beach as the most powerful storm to hit the southern U.S. state in more than a century. Michael made landfall around 1:00 pm Eastern time (1700 GMT), the National Hurricane Center said.
