Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton was presented with her official portrait during an event at the State Department in Washington on Tuesday. Current Secretary of State Antony Blinken and former President Bill Clinton also attended. Hillary Clinton served as secretary of state during the Obama administration.
