President Donald Trump made his first strip to California since taking office. He toured eight prototypes for a proposed wall along the Mexico border and gave a speech to troops at the Marine Corps Air Station in Miramar, Calif., on March 13, 2018. His visit was met with protests in Beverly Hills, Calif., where he attended a Republican fundraiser.
