Brett Kavanaugh took the judiciary oath at his ceremonial swearing-in ceremony for the U.S. Supreme Court at the White House on Monday. After a tumultuous and controversial confirmation process, the Senate voted 50-48 to confirm Kavanaugh's appointment to the high court.
