A Full Honor Wreath-Laying Ceremony was held in honor of the Army's 250th Birthday at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va., on Saturday. Secretary of the Army Daniel Driscoll attended the event and placed the wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
