It's unknown why police started walking toward the protesters. The video starts as the police are closing in.

According to Democratic Committee Woman Patricia Barnes -- who was at the protest -- police said any protesters using language to incite violence would be arrested.

The Saint Louis suburb has been the site of protests and violence since unarmed teen Micheal Brown was shot and killed by Officer Darren Wilson.

St. Louis Co. Police said there wasn't any violence Thursday night, but some people were using obscene language.
