Jan. 31 (UPI) -- A 32-year-old Pennsylvania man is under arrest Wednesday after posting a video on YouTube holding up his father's decapitated head and calling for violence against federal officials.
The Middletown Township Police Department in Bucks County, Pa., arrested Justin Mohn for allegedly decapitating his father, 68-year-old Michael Mohn in their home. Justin Mohn said on video his father was a federal official.
Justin Mohn was arraigned early Wednesday on charges of first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse and possession of an instrument of crime with intent.
According to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office, the killing took place Tuesday evening. Police were called to the home by the victim's wife.

Michael Mohn's body was found in the bathroom. Justin Mohn was not present when police arrived. He was arrested hours later near Harrisburg, Pa., about 100 miles away.
Justin Mohn's YouTube video, which has since been removed, was titled "Mohn's Militia -- Call to Arms for American Patriots." In it he called his father a traitor, displayed his head and called for a violent revolution against the government, Biden administration, the LGBTQ community and social movements like Black Lives Matter, ABC 6 in Philadelphia reported.
The video was more than 14 minutes long and had been viewed more than 5,000 times before being removed.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 8. Justin Mohn is being held without bail.
He had filed multiple lawsuits against the federal government as recently as last year, alleging that it "negligently" granted him student loans between 2010 and 2014. He graduated from Penn State University in 2014.
In a 2023 filing, Justin Mohn called for a judge to recuse themselves from his lawsuit alleging that they have a personal bias or conflicting personal financial interests, including that they had made "significant campaign contributions."
The judge's opinion dismissed Justin Mohn's motion to recuse. Among Justin Mohn's concerns was that the judge contributed to the Biden-Harris administration.
"The 'politically charged current events such as student loan debt relief and possibly even affirmative action' makes my 'membership' in a law firm who donates to the Democratic Party an extra-judicial factor showing bias, interest and favoritism to the United States or antagonism to him," the judge, identified only as Kearny J., wrote.
