Aug. 15 (UPI) -- Former President Donald Trump and 18 others were indicted by a grand jury in Fulton County, Ga., late Monday, laying out a racketeering case related to efforts to overturn the state's 2020 presidential election result.

It is the fourth criminal indictment against Trump, who is seeking the GOP nomination for re-election in 2024.

The 98-page document lays out 41 charges against the defendants -- 13 counts against Trump -- and notes 30 unindicted co-conspirators.
