Dec. 1 (UPI) -- Ethan Crumbley, the 15-year-old suspect in the Oxford High School shooting that left four children dead and seven others injured, is facing charges of first degree murder, terrorism and other gun related charges.
Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald identified Crumbley during a news conference Wednesday and said she is looking to charge him as an adult as well as considering charges against both parents.
"The facts suggest this was not just an impulsive act," she said. "We will make our decision swiftly."
The Michigan high school gunman used a 9mm pistol purchased by his father days before, investigators said.
