2 dead, 4 injured in Memphis, Tenn., shooting

Nov. 11 (UPI) -- At least two people died and four others sustained injuries during a shooting at a Memphis, Tenn., residence, sheriff's officials said.

The shooting happened around 8 p.m. Saturday over an alleged gambling disagreement.

Sheriff's officials said one person died at the scene of the shooting while doctors pronounced a second person dead at the hospital. The victims' ages were between 13 and 21, and their conditions ranged from serious to critical.

The sheriff's office identified the deceased as Marcus Conway, 18, and Marquese Taylor, 22.

Authorities have made no arrests in connection with the shooting, though they believe the victims knew the suspects.
