Sept. 7 (UPI) -- President Donald Trump visited Fargo, N.D., Friday to speak at a rally for Republican incumbent Rep. Kevin Cramer.
Trump's speech followed a blistering critique Friday afternoon from former President Barack Obama, who gave an assessment of the "state of our democracy" at the University of Illinois.
