June 4 (UPI) -- A Colorado baker was within his rights to refuse to make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Monday.
The high court ruled 7-2 and ssued a 59-page ruling Monday that's critical of the state's treatment of Lakewood, Colo., bakery shop owner Jack Phillips' religious objections to same-sex marriage.
