The surrender came after authorities searched for Webb Wednesday. He faces multiple charges, including one count of capital murder, two counts of attempted capital murder and aggravated residential burglary and kidnapping in the death of 49-year-old Arlin Wayne Nugent.

Webb's was the second arrest in the case after Richard Gilliam, 31, was taken into custody Monday. He also faces charges of capital murder, attempted capital murder and kidnapping and is being held on a $1 million bond.

Authorities said Webb and Gilliam invaded the home of Nugent and shot him.

A 42-year-old woman, who said she witnessed the Nugent's death, said she was kidnapped and thrown off a bridge.

Little Rock police found her in Pulaski County after she was thrown over and swam to shore, and say she was kidnapped after midnight Monday.

Gilliam is due back in court on Feb. 20.
