The driver of a white Hyundai sedan exited the vehicle and stabbed two men in the torso then drove onto the sidewalk and struck six people, following what police said began as a parking dispute.

One person was killed at the scene after being struck by the car and another was in critical condition. Both stabbing victims were in stable condition.

Police have taken a man, believed to be the driver, into custody and are questioning him.
