Watch live: Sarah Sanders gives White House briefing

Nov. 17 (UPI) -- White House press secretary Sarah Sanders on Friday was scheduled to give an on-camera press briefing.

She was set to answer questions at 3 p.m. EST.

Sanders likely will face questions about the Senate tax plan, which the finance committee narrowly approved late Thursday. The full Senate is expected to vote on the plan after its Thanksgiving break.

Before the briefing, President Donald Trump met with NCAA championship teams from across the country and had lunch with Vice President Mike Pence.

Trump was scheduled to meet with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson later in the afternoon.
